2nd Alarm Providence, RI 291 Oxford St.

Around 5:20pm Providence Fire Department was dispatched to 291 Oxford Street for a reported house fire. When Engine 10 arrived on scene they found heavy fire on the 3rd floor extending into the attic of a 3 Story Dwelling. Crews quickly made an aggressive attack and when Chief Dillon arrived on scene he ordered the 2nd Alarm to be transmitted. It took crews about an hour to bring the fire under control. Once again another fine job by the Providence Fire Department.
